Impechmente sem crime é golpe

A exposição do professor Geraldo Luis Mascarenhas Prado. Uma verdadeira aula sobre o direito e  a subjetividade em suas interpretações e as garantias constitucionais vigentes em nossa Constituição Federal. Defender a Constituição é um bem essencial para o Estado Democrático de Direito, o impeachment é um golpe porque não tipifica a conduta ou a autoria do dolo. A presidenta Dilma Rousseff não pode ser acusada de crime que não consta na lei, sendo que cumpriu a legislação que define os programas do governo e o contingenciamento das despesas para o cumprimento da meta. Sendo que a ditadura impositiva do cumprimento da meta e do superavit primário é impossivel, ainda mais em tempos de crise econômica mundial e em particular a responsabilização por um orçamento deficitário que visa atender a todos como bem expôs o professor. vejamos:
